Photographs and Visual Materials

We take pride in photographing our products ourselves. The photographs reflect the actual condition of the goods we offer, and we invest considerable effort into them.

It is strictly prohibited to:

• Use our photographs for commercial purposes, on other e-shops, in marketplaces, on social networks, in newsletters, in advertising, or for the purpose of selling competing goods.

Use in Articles

If you plan to present specific plant species in an article and lack photographs, you may use photographs from our website. The condition is proper attribution. The link must be fully functional (clickable) and must lead directly to the product page of the respective plant on our e-shop.

Sharing on Social Networks

Regular sharing of links to our products on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest) is permitted and welcomed, provided that the source is clearly stated in the post (a link to our website or mention of our profile on the respective social network) and the content is not presented as the user's own work.

Procedure in Case of Rights Violation

In case of unauthorized use of our content, we will be forced to take legal action to protect our intellectual property, including claiming damages and unjust enrichment.
